- Must be unworn with tags or labels attached
- Receipt or order confirmation required
- Items must be in original condition
Excluded from returns:
- Swimwear and swimsuits
- Final sale and clearance items
- Customized items
- Worn accessories
Process
- Visit our Return Portal to start your return
- If you did not purchase the $1.98 Re:Do service, you are given an option to purchase a USPS shipping label through our return portal for the amount based on the weight of your package. The price of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund total.
Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your package.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items
- You can choose refund to original payment method or store credit
- Original payment refunds appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- Store credit is available immediately once processed
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for any product in our store within the same 30-day window
- You can exchange for any item of equal or lesser value not limited to same size or color
- Use the same Return Portal and select "Exchange" when submitting your request
Shipping
- Customer pays for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item
- Exchange shipping is covered by us - no cost to you for sending replacement items
Damaged items
- We'll make it right if you received damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Simply use our Return Portal and select the appropriate reason when submitting your request
